Before any panel is ordered, our technical team visits your site. We assess the wall structure — concrete, drywall, glass, or steel frame — to confirm it can carry the weight of the LED or LCD panels and mounting frame. For heavy fine-pitch LED walls, we conduct structural load calculations. A P2 LED panel typically weighs 15–25kg per cabinet. A 4×3m wall carries 8–12 cabinets. Technology Selection & Proposal

Structural Preparation & Cabling
Before panels arrive, our team prepares the installation space. This means installing the mounting frame — wall-mounted, floor-standing, or ceiling-suspended depending on the wall type and panel weight. Electrical supply is upgraded if required. Dedicated circuits are recommended for video walls over 3×2m to prevent power fluctuations affecting display performance.
Data cabling for the video wall controller, network connectivity for remote management, and HDMI or DisplayPort signal cables are all routed and dressed neatly within the wall or through conduit. Good cable management at this stage prevents maintenance headaches later. All cabling is labelled and documented.

Panel Installation & Calibration
LED or LCD panels are mounted row by row, starting from the bottom. Each panel is levelled and aligned using laser levelling equipment — a 1mm alignment error across a large wall creates a visible step in the image. Once all panels are mounted, the video wall controller is connected and all panels are powered on simultaneously for the first time.
Calibration follows. Every LED cabinet undergoes individual brightness and colour calibration to ensure perfect uniformity across the entire display surface. A factory-calibrated panel will drift slightly in a new environment and temperature. On-site calibration after installation corrects this.
