Site Survey & Design Brief
We visit your premises to measure the installation area, assess wall structure, check electrical supply, and determine the optimal sign type for your location and viewing angle. For outdoor LED signs, we check ambient light levels at different times of day to specify the correct LED brightness. A design proposal with 3D visualisation follows within 2–3 working days.

Component Specification
We specify LED modules (Samsung or Osram), driver brand and wattage, IP rating, heat sink specification, and lens type based on your location and application. For outdoor signs: IP65 minimum. UV-resistant lenses. Surge-protected drivers. Always. Components come from certified suppliers only. No unbranded grey-market LEDs. Not for any budget.

In-House Fabrication
Aluminium channel letter returns are CNC-bent to profile. Acrylic faces are cut and colour-matched. LED strips are cut, connected, and secured inside each letter or light box frame. Drivers are wired with appropriate cable gauge for the sign's power load. Waterproof sealing is applied to all external joints on outdoor signs. Every solder joint is inspected before the sign is closed.

48-Hour Burn-In Test
Every LED sign runs continuously for 48 hours in our workshop before it leaves for site. No exceptions. This catches LED failures, driver instability, and wiring faults before installation. Signs that fail are repaired and retested. Not sent to site. Not patched. Retested from scratch. This is non-negotiable, regardless of urgency.

Professional Installation & Handover
Our installation crew handles structural mounting, electrical connection, alignment, and post-installation testing. For external signs requiring Dubai Municipality approval, permits are processed before installation begins.
